There is a discount on prices listed on booking.com available, if booked directly with me by phone or email.
Short term stays minimum of 3 nights also available. Deposit 50% required on booking and the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Electricity and oil are metered at local rates and are an extra charge payable on day of departure.
